摘要
本文对噻吩骈[3,4-d]嘧啶-2,4-二酮结构母核在70 eV电子束轰击下质谱的裂解规律进行了研究,并重点讨论了N^1取代基对结构母核裂解规律的影响。实验证明,脂肪烃基取代物的特征碎片为m/z73和68,芳烃基取代的特征碎片为m/z 215。
The electron impact induced mass fragmentation of 23 new sulphur-containing heterocycles: Thieno [3,4-d] pynmidine-2, 4-dione derivatives are presented. The elucidation of the fragmentation pathways is described. The fragmentation routes have been confirmed by accurate mass measurements and B/E, B^2/E linked-scan spectra. MS experiments show that the characteristic fragments are m/z 73 and 68 in N^1-alkyl derivatives, m/z 215 and in N^1-alkyl derivatives.
