摘要
500B钢筋同时执行英标BS4449:2005和香港标准HK CS2:2012两个标准,宣钢公司根据市场需求,确定了专供香港英标500B钢筋的开发项目。分析了供香港英标500B钢筋的性能和成分要求,结合宣钢以钒、氮微合金化生产HRB500E国标钢筋的成熟经验,对500B钢筋的生产工艺技术方案、成分控制、产品外形尺寸等进行了设计。对批量生产的500B钢筋的力学性能、焊接性能、冷弯性能进行试验,钢筋的屈服强度为535~600 MPa、抗拉强度为645~740 MPa,强度比为1.21~1.31;焊接后钢筋的强度保持不变,拉伸试样没有发现脆性断口;冷弯和反弯试验全部合格。
500B rebut performs both the British standard BS4449:2005 and the Hongkong standard HK CS2 : 2012. According to the market demand, Xuansteel determines to develop the 500B rebar exclusively for Hongkong. Through the analysis of properties and composition requirements of HK BS 500B rebar, the pro- duction process, technical scheme, component control, product shape and dimension of 500B rebar are de- signed, combined with mature experience of V, N microalloying production of HRBS00E GB rebar. The me- chanical property, welding performance and cold bending property of 500B rebar by batch production are test- ed: its yield strength being 535 - 600 MPa, tensile strength 645 -740 MPa, and strength ratio 1.21 - 1.3. The strength of the rebut remained unchanged after welding, and no brittle fracture is found in the tensile specimens. All cold bending and reverse bending tests are qualified.
