摘要
以铸铁冷轧支承辊为例,采用堆焊修复方法对支承辊磨损的轴承位进行了尺寸恢复与强化。Φ3.2 mm Z308焊条采用辊颈表面预处理→辊颈局部预热→堆焊→缓冷的堆焊工艺,克服了铸铁焊接难度大、易产生焊接裂纹的问题,成功地对支承辊实施了局部修复。堆焊修复后的支承辊过钢量接近40万t,仍然能够正常使用,创造了可观的经济效益。
Taking the cold rolled support roll of cast iron as an example, the worn bearing seat is restored and strengthened by surfacing welding repair. With Ф 3.2 mm Z308 welding rod, the process is adopted of sur- face pretreatment of roll neck, local preheating of roll neck, surfacing welding repair and slow cooling, which overcomes the welding difficulties and welding crack of cast iron. The partial repair of the support roll- er has been successfully carried out. After the surfacing repair, the support roller's load has been close to 400,000 t, which still can use normally and the considerable economic efficiency got.
