连铸坯直轧技术在棒材生产线的应用 被引量:2

APPLICATION OF DIRECT ROLLING TECHNOLOGY OF CONTINUOUS CASTING BILLET IN BAR PRODUCTION LINE

摘要 宣钢公司棒材生产线对热送区域进行了系统改造,新增分钢机、拨钢机、摆动辊道及弧形辊道,将热连铸坯由原来的多支成组摆送在移钢链分钢单送方式,改为红坯单只直接拨钢直送方式。连铸坯切割完后走南线辊道,至完全入炉时间缩短了60 s,连铸坯入炉温度由650℃提高至800℃,煤气消耗由243 m^3/t降为150 m^3/t,比改前低93 m^3/t,年节约煤气效益1 200多万元。通过开展连铸直接轧制试验,连铸机拉速为3 m/min,连铸坯上冷床,由分钢机拔至北线旋转辊道,快速输送至1#轧机,开轧温度为900℃。通过对连铸坯热送进行优化,大幅降低了能源消耗,增强了企业市场竞争力。 Reformation was carried out in hot delivery zone of Xuansteel bar line, added with the splitting ma- chine, the pusher, the rocking rou table and the arc - shaped roll lable. The hot billets were transferred origi- nally in group of multi - pieces to the steel chain and then delivered one by one. And now the hot billets would be transferred directly and singly. Then the time shortened nearly 60 seconds from the continuous cast- ing billet was cut down to the biuets completely came into the heating furnace, along the southern line. The charging temperature was increased from 650 ~C to 800 ~C. The gas consumption was reduced from 243 m3/t to 150 m3/t ,which was less than 93 m3/t before modification, and the profit was saved more than RMB 12 million each year. Through the continuous casting billet direct rolling test, the casting speed was 3 m/min. The continuous casting billet came to the cold bed and then was pulled to the northern line spinning roller by the splitting machine, and then quickly transferred to 1 # rolling mill, and the rolling temperature reached 900 ℃. By optimizing the heat transfer of the continuous casting billet, the energy consumption is greatly reduced and the market competitiveness of the enterprise is enhanced.
