摘要
针对唐钢公司型钢部大型生产线在轧制角钢时,在热锯区域钢材出现的翘头、弯头问题,对该区域设备及其技术参数进行了重新测算,设计制作了热锯垂直夹紧装置。该垂直夹紧装置与原有的对中装置配合联动使用,缩短了线上轧件到锯口的距离,对轧件进行了水平和垂直方向的定位,提高了设备的精度,解决了型材的翘头问题,提高了产线的钢材质量。
When the section steel was rolled in the heavy sections production line of Tangsteel, the head up- lurning and bending problems occurred in hot sawing area. In order to solve the problems, the equipment in this area and its technical parameters are recalculated, and the vertical clamping device of hot saw is designed and manufactured. The vertical clamping device can be used on the assembling line with the original center- ing device, which can shorten the distance between the workpiece and the saw and achieve the horizontal and vertical orientation of the rolled piece, thereby improving the precision of the equipment, solving the bending problem of section steel, and improving the steel quality of the production line,
