摘要
西门子6SE70变频器是应用比较广泛的传动调速装置,其控制方式的多样性能够满足各种工况需求,在不同工艺系统中应用相互匹配的控制方式才能达到节能环保、提升效率的要求。介绍了6SE70变频器中V/F控制、频率闭环控制、速度闭环控制、转矩控制方式,以及几种控制方式之间的切换方法。当变频器出现故障时,为了能够快速的查找故障原因,需要通过切换控制方式查看变频器状态,为故障修复提供依据。
Siemens 6SE70 inverter is a widely used drive speeder, whose diversity of control mode can meet the needs of various working states. Mutually matched control modes are applied in different process systems in order to achieve energy saving, environmental protection and efficiency improvement. This paper intro- duces the V/F control, frequency close - loop control, close - loop speed control, torque control methods and the switching methods between the modes. In order to quickly find the fault causes of the inverter, it is necessary to view the inverter status by switching control mode, which provides the basis for fault recovery.
