摘要
目的探讨MRI与多排螺旋CT诊断早期股骨头缺血性坏死的临床价值。方法选取我院2015年3月至2016年10月期间收治的67例股骨头缺血性坏死患者,术前分别行MRI与多排螺旋CT检查,比较其诊断准确性和早期阳性征象检出率。结果 MRI的总诊断准确率为97.01%,显著高于多排螺旋CT的86.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI对早期患者的诊断准确率为92.31%,显著高于多排螺旋CT的69.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MRI的股骨头坏死早期阳性征象检出率显著高于多排螺旋CT,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与多排螺旋CT比较,MRI在早期股骨头缺血性坏死诊断中具更高的准确性,可为临床治疗提供可靠的参考。
Objective To explore the clinical value of MRI and multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods 67 cases of patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head in our hospital from March 2015 to October 2016 were selected and given MR/and multi-slice spiral CT respectively before operation. The diagnostic accuracy and detection rate of early positive signs were compared between the two methods. Results The total diagnostic accuracy of MR/was 97.01%, significantly higher than 86.57% of multi-slice spiral CT, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for patients at early stage was 92.31%, significantly higher than 69.23% of multi-slice spiral CT, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). Tl^e detection rate of early positive signs of MRI was significantly higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions Compared with multi-slice spiral CT, MRI has higher accuracy in the diagnosis of early avascular necrosis of femoral head, which can provide reliable reference for clinical treatment.
