Objective To explore the effect of different delivery methods on ultrasonographic data of lower limb deep veins. Methods 158 cases of primiparas with delivery in our hospital from July 2015 to February 2017 were selected and were divided into natural delivery group and cesarean section group according to different delivery methods. The ultrasonographic data of lower limb deep veins were compared between the two groups. Results The internal diameters of left / right FV, left / right SFV, left / right POV and left / right PTV of the cesarean section group were greater than those of the natural delivery group (P 〈0.05); The peak values of left / right FV blood flow spectrum and left / right POV blood flow spectrum were lower than those of the natural delivery group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Compared with natural delivery, the internal diameter of both lower limb veins increases, the venous blood flow velocity decreases, and the risk of DVT increases in caesarean delivery, In clinical practice, pregnant women should be encouraged to carry out natural childbirth as far as possible, and the ultrasonographic monitoring of lower limb deep veins in puerperas with cesarean section should be enhanced to prevent DVT.
