中西医结合对恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道延迟反应的改善效果观察

Observation on the Improvement Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Digestive Tract Delayed Reaction after Chemotherapy of Malignant Tumor

目的观察中西医结合对恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道延迟反应的改善效果。方法选取我院2014年4月至2016年4月收治的120例恶性肿瘤联合化疗患者,随机分为对照组(给予托烷司琼+地塞米松治疗)与观察组(给予托烷司琼+地塞米松+自拟降逆止呕方治疗)各60例。观察两组患者的疗效、生活质量和呕吐发生率。结果观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的生活质量总稳定率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的呕吐发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤化疗患者的消化道延迟反应,效果显著,可有效改善患者的生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the improvement effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in digestive tract delayed reaction aiter chemotherapy of malignant tumor. Methods 120 cases of patients with chemotherapy of malignant tumor admitted to our hospital from April 2014 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group （received tropisetron ＋ dexamethasone） and observation group （received tropisetron ＋ dexamethasone ＋ self-made inverse anti-vomit）, with 60 cases in each group. The curative effect, quality of life and incidence of vomit of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The total stability rate of quality of life of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of vomit of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of digestive tract delayed reaction of patients with chemotherapy of malignant tumor has significant effect, and can effectively improve patients＇ quality of life, which is worthy of promotion.
