针刺放血法结合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Acupuncture Bloodletting Combined with Fluoxetine in the Treatment of Depression

目的探讨针刺放血法联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的150例抑郁症患者随机分为A、B两组。A组单独给予氟西汀口服治疗,B组在此基础上联合针刺放血治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的HAMD评分、总有效率和血液流变学指标水平。结果 B组的总有效率为100.0%,显著高于A组的89.3%(P<0.05)。B组的HAMD评分和血液流变学指标水平均显著优于A组(P<0.05)。结论中医针刺放血法联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症患者,临床疗效较好,同时可发挥调节经脉、疏通气血的功效,治疗安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of acupuncture bloodletting combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods 150 cases of patients with depression admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B. Group A was only treated with oral fluoxetine, while group B received acupuncture bloodletting on this basis. The HAMD score after treatment, total effective rate and levels of hemorheological indicators were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of group B was 100.0%, significantly higher than 89.3% of group A （P 〈0.05）. The HAMD score and levels of hemorheological indicators of group B were significantly better than those of group A （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Acupuncture bloodletting combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression has better clinical curative effect, and can play a role in dredging meridians and regulating blood, with high treatment safety.
