飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的护理配合

摘要 目的研究分析飞秒激光辅助白内障手术的护理配合措施。方法选取我院2013年10月至2016年10月收治的37例白内障患者,均采取飞秒激光辅助超声乳化术治疗,同时给予护理配合措施。结果所有患者均顺利完成手术。与术前比较,患者术后的术眼视力显著提高,眼压显著下降,前房深度明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论飞秒激光可改善患者的临床症状,确保患者手术顺利开展,促进患者的康复。 Objective To study and analyze the nursing cooperation measures of cataract surgery assisted by femtosecond laser. Methods Thirty-seven cases of patients with cataract in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2016 were selected and treated with phacoemulsificafion assisted by femtosecond laser, along with nursing cooperation measures. Results All patients successfully underwent surgical treatment. Compared with preoperation, the postoperative visual acuity significantly increased, the intraocular pressure significantly decreased, and the anterior chamber depth improved significantly, with statistical difference (P〈0.05). Conclusions Femtosecond laser can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, ensure the smooth operation, and promote patients' recovery.
