优质护理配合间歇式充气加压仪在手术患者下肢静脉血栓形成中的应用

High Quality Nursing Combined with Intermittent Pneumatic Compression Apparatus in the Application of Lower Extremity Venous Thrombosis in Surgical Patients

目的探讨优质护理配合间歇式充气加压仪在手术患者下肢静脉血栓形成中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年9月至2017年3月择期手术的80例老年患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组采用优质护理配合间歇式充气加压仪。比较两组患者的下肢静脉血栓发生率、血流动力学情况和护理满意度。结果观察组的下肢静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的股静脉血流速度(平均流速和峰值流速)明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理配合间歇式充气加压仪有效预防手术患者下肢静脉血栓的形成,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing combined with intermittent pneumatic compression apparatus in lower extremity venous thrombosis of surgical patients. Methods 80 cases of elderly patients undergoing elective surgery in our hospital from September 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received high quality nursing combined with intermittent pneumatic compression apparatus. The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis, hemodynamics and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The incidence of lower extremity venous thrombosis of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The blood flow velocity of femoral vein （average velocity and peak velocity） of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions High quality nursing combined with intermittent pneumatic compression apparatus can effectively prevent the formation of lower extremity venous thrombosis of surgical patients, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
