中医护理方法对下肢骨折患者术后疼痛影响的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Effect of TCM Nursing Method on Postoperative Pain of Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

目的探讨中医护理方法对下肢骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。方法选取我院收治的200例下肢骨折患者,随机平均分为两组。试验组给予耳穴压豆、音乐疗法、自我放松与有节律的按摩,对照组采用PCA镇痛。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、睡眠质量、不良反应和满意度。结果试验组的疼痛程度和不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的睡眠质量和满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理方法可减轻下肢骨折患者术后疼痛,减少不良反应,提高患者的睡眠质量和满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing method on postoperative pain of patients with lower limb fractures. Methods 200 cases of patients with lower limb fractures were selected and randomly divided into two group equally. The experimental group received Ear acupoint pressing beans, music therapy, self relaxation and rhythmical massage, while the control group received PCA analgesia. The pain degree, sleep quality, adverse reactions and satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The pain degree and incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group were lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. The sleep quality and satisfaction degree of experimental group were higher than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions TCM nursing method can reduce postoperative pain and adverse reactions of patients with lower limb fractures, and improve the sleep quality and satisfaction degree.
