口腔颌面部游离组织瓣移植术并发症相关风险分析及临床护理对策

Risk Analysis on the Complications Associated with Free Tissue Flap Transplantation in Oral and Maxillofacial Region and Clinical Nursing Strategy

目的探讨口腔颌面部游离组织瓣移植术的并发症相关风险因素及临床护理对策。方法选取我院收治的100例行口腔颌面部游离组织瓣移植术的患者作为观察组,观察并发症情况,进行回归分析,分析并发症风险因素与临床护理对策;另选取100例行口腔颌面部游离组织瓣移植术患者作为对照组。结果观察组的高龄、术前化疗史、静脉吻合方式以及术中水平均为并发症相关风险因素(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的并发症发生率为16.0%,明显低于对照组的30.0%(P<0.05)。结论口腔颌面部游离组织瓣移植术并发症相关风险因素主要有高龄、术前化疗史、静脉吻合方式以及术中水平,采用针对性护理可有效减少并发症的发生。

Objective To explore the relative risk factors of complications of See tissue flap transplantation in oral and maxillofacial region and clinical nursing strategy. Methods 100 cases of patients undergoing free tissue flap transplantation in oral and maxillofacial region admitted to our hospital were selected as the observation group. Their complications were observed and given regression analysis. The risk factors of complications and clinical nursing strategy were analyzed. Another 100 cases of patients with free tissue flap transplantation in oral and maxillofaeial region were selected as the control group. Results In observation group, the advanced age, preoperative chemotherapy history, venous anastomosis method and intraoperative level were relative risk factors of complications （P 〈0.05）. After nursing, the incidence of complications of observation group was 16.0%, significanly lower than 30.0% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The main ralative risk factors of complications of free tissue flap transplantation in oral and maxillofacial region are advanced age, preoperative chemotherapy history, venous anastomosis method and intraoperative level. The targeted nursing can effectively reduce the complications.
