中西医综合护理对肿瘤患儿化疗所致胃肠道反应的效果观察

Observation on Effect of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Comprehensive Nursing for Gastrointestinal Reactions Induced by Chemotherapy in Children with Cancer

目的观察分析中西医综合护理对儿童肿瘤患者化疗所致胃肠道反应的效果。方法选取我院2012年1月至2016年1月收治的40例儿童肿瘤化疗患者,按照入院顺序分为对照组与观察组各20例。对照组给予单纯西医护理,观察组接受中西医综合护理。比较两组患儿的胃肠道反应程度、临床依从性及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组的胃肠道反应程度、临床依从性和护理满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对肿瘤化疗患儿采用中西医综合护理,能够减轻胃肠道反应,提高临床依从性,具有重要的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine comprehensive nursing for gastrointestinal reactions induced by chemotherapy in children with cancer. Methods 40 cases of children with cancer undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was given simple western medicine nursing, while the observation group was given traditional Chinese and western medicine comprehensive nursing. The degree of gastrointestinal reactions, clinical compliance and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the degree of gastrointestinal reactions, clinical compliance and nursing satisfaction degree of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Traditional Chinese and western medicine comprehensive nursing in children with cancer undergoing chemotherapy can relieve the gastrointestinal reactions and improve the clinical compliance, with important clinical application value.
