临床护理路径在预防血液透析相关性低血压中的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Preventing Hemodialysis Associated Hypotension

目的研究分析临床护理路径在预防血液透析相关性低血压中的效果。方法选取我院2016年2月至2017年2月期间收治的血液透析相关性血压患者45例,随机分为实验组(23例)和对照组(22例)。对照组给予常规护理干预,实验组给予临床护理路径干预。分析与比较两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组提前下机时间明显短于对照组,Kt/V和URR均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的护理满意度为95.65%,明显高于对照组的72.73%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对血液透析相关性低血压患者采用临床护理路径可获得满意的护理效果,值得应用和推广。

Objective To study analyze the effect of clinical nursing pathway on preventing hemodialysis associated hypotension. Methods 45 cases of patients with hemodialysis associated hypotension admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group （23 cases） and control group （22 cases）. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway intervention. The nursing effect of patients was analyzed and compared between two groups. Results The time of completing hemodialysis in advence of experimental group was significantly shorter than that of control group, and Kt/V and URR were significantly higher than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was 95.65%, significantly higher than 72.73% of control group, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Clinical nursing pathway in patients with hemodialysis associated hypotension can obtain a satisfactory nursing effect, which is worthy of application and promotion.
