摘要
目的探讨儿童保健护理服务需求的属性,找出儿童看护人群期望的服务需求属性,为其优质护理提供实施方案。方法基于Kano模式自行设计儿童保健护理服务需求调查问卷,对300名儿童看护人群进行问卷调查。结果 30项护理服务需求中,1项为必备属性,12项为期望属性,17项为魅力属性。象限图处于优势区有4项服务,处在改进区有11项服务。结论护理管理者应该根据Kano分析的结果及结合象限图分层次改进护理服务,提高护理品质。
Objective To explore the attributes of child health care nursing service needs, to find out the attributes of the service needs of child care crowd, and to provide the implementation plan for high quality nursing. Methods Based on Kano model, a self-designed questionnaire for child health care nursing service needs was carried out on 300 child care people. Results There were 1 must-be item, 12 dimensional items and 17 attractive items among 30 nursing service needs. Quadrant figure in the superior area had 4 services, and in the improved area had 11 services. Conclusions Nursing managers should improve the nursing service level hierarchically, and improve the nursing quality based on the results of Kano analysis and quadrant diagram.
