The application of advanced control system in the ethylene cracking furnace

摘要 以某厂年产100万吨的烯烃裂解炉为依托,在详细研究裂解炉构造和工艺,细致分析裂解炉控制复杂点和控制难点的基础上,设计了裂解炉的先进控制方案,搭建裂解炉鲁棒多变量预测控制器,主要功能有炉出口COT优化,支路均衡控制,汽烃流量比优化卡边,升降负荷控制,炉效优化等五大功能,提高装置运行的安全性,优化装置各参数的平稳率,节约能源,降低能量损失,提高装置的自控率,将为某厂带来可观的经济效益。 Based on alkene cracking heater of certain plant whose annual output is 100 ton, an APC solution of crack ing heater, which is robust multivariable model predictive controller, is designed, by researching structure and technology of cracking h eater, analyzing difficulties and complexity of cracking heater. The main functions are: optimizing of cracking heater COT, balancing control of branch outlet, optimizing of steam hydrocarbon ratio, controlling total throughout, optimizing furnace efficiency. The solution could guarantee equipment safety, optimize stable rate of parameters, save energy, lower energy lost, raise ratio of self-controlling, and lead to substantial profit for this factory.
