摘要
对蔓越莓渣原花青素纯化工艺进行优化研究。结果表明,通过HPD600大孔树脂柱层析纯化分离蔓越莓渣原花青素,用500mL,树脂装柱,上样液质量浓度为10mg/mL,洗脱流量为2.0BV/h,乙醇解析浓度75%,600mL75%乙醇解析,收集洗脱液,浓缩干燥。通过上述工艺纯化分离蔓越莓渣原花青素,可得到≥95%蔓越莓原花青素,得率为1.5%。HPD600大孔树脂可用于蔓越莓渣原花青素的纯化分离,得到含量≥95%蔓越莓原花青素。
In this paper, the optimization of purification technology of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins was studied. The separation of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins was purified by HPD600 macroporous resin column chromatography, 500mL, resin column, sample liquid concentration is 10mg/mL, elution flow is 2.0BV/h, ethanol concentation is 75%, 75% ethanol volume is 600mL, collected the elution liquid, then concentrated and dried. The separation of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins by purification technology can obtain more than 95% cranberry proanthocyanidins, the yield is 1.5%. Thus, HPD600 macroporous resin can be used for separation and purification of cranberry pomace procyanidins, which can obtain more than 95% cranberry proanthocyanidins.
