京沪高速铁路资产管理数据平台研究

Study on the Asset Management Data Platform for Beijing-Shanghai High-speed Railway

为提高京沪高速铁路资产设备数据的标准化程度,提升高速铁路设备设施运维管理效率,降低基础数据保障成本,在阐述京沪高速铁路资产管理现状的基础上,构建适用于京沪高速铁路的资产管理数据平台,从京沪高速铁路资产管理需求、资产管理数据的标准化和规范化、资产数据模型、数据平台构架及功能等方面进行总体设计,实现京沪高速铁路资产全生命周期管理和设备的精细化管理,为进一步保证京沪高速铁路资产数据管理提供信息化技术支撑。

Based on the elaboration on the current situation of the asset management for Beijing- Shanghai high-speed Railway, this paper proposes a asset management data platform that is applicable to Beijing-Shanghai high-speed Railway, in order to increase the standardization level of its assets and equipment data, improve the maintenance and management efficiency for its equipment and facilities, and reduce basic data guarantee cost. The overall design consists of asset management requirement, asset management standardization, asset data model, data platform structure and functions, etc., so as to realize the whole life cycle management of the assets and the refined management of the facilities in the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed Railway. This will provide technical informatization support for the asset data management of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed Railway.
