非线性偏最小二乘法在紫外分光光度分析中的应用——沃古林眼药水有机组分的测定 被引量:2

摘要 Lambert-Beer定律是以稀溶液为假设前提,不考虑吸光溶质分子和邻近分子的作用,实际分析样品溶液的吸收值和浓度之间不完全呈线性关系,采用线性处理会给结果带来一定的偏差。本文将非线性偏最小二乘法应用于沃古林眼药水紫外分光光度分析,盐酸普鲁卡因、盐酸黄连素和尼泊金乙酯的平均回收率依次为99.9%、100.0%和100.1%,CC依次为1.1%、0.6%和1.1%,结果明显好于线性偏最小二乘法。本法为复方制剂的分光光度分析提供了更为理想的新途径。 Nonlinear Partial Least-Squares Spectrophotometry was developed for the simultaneous determination of procaine hydrochloride, berberine hydrochloride and ethyl-p-hydroxybenzoate contained in Wogulin Ophthalmic Solution. The recoveries were 99.9%, 100% and 100. 1% respectively. The coefficients of variation were 1.1%, 0.6% and 1.1% respectively. The results by nonlinear partial least-squares method were significantly better than those by linear partial least-squares method. Invalidity of Beer's law of actual samples often occurs so that the correct results can not be given easily by using linear model. Nonlinear partial least-squares method for multicomponent spectrophotometry was recommended.
