摘要
为理解树状柱结构中的铸钢分叉节点在循环交变荷载作用下的疲劳性能,以ANSYS Workbench为基础,对一典型铸钢三分叉节点进行了在循环交变荷载作用下的疲劳分析.首先,采用控制变量法,逐一改变节点的几何参数,计算了节点在交变荷载作用下的疲劳寿命,然后分析了节点的疲劳性能,并讨论了不同的几何参数对铸钢分叉节点的疲劳寿命的影响规律.研究结果表明:交变荷载对铸钢分叉节点的受力性能有显著影响;节点的各个几何参数中θ、γ、β、R_1、R_2对节点的疲劳寿命影响较大;节点的主分管汇交核心区域处所能承受的循环荷载次数最少、安全性最低,是整个节点的最薄弱环节.
In order to understand the fatigue behavior of the cast-steel joint with branches,the fatigue analysis of a typical cast-steel joint with three branches under cyclic loading was carried out by using the ANSYS Workbench.The geometric parameters of the joint were changed one by one,and the fatigue life of the joint under the action of alternating loads was calculated by using the method of parameters control at first.Then the fatigue performance of the joint was analyzed.Moreover,the influence of different geometric parameters on the fatigue life of the cast steel joint with branches was discussed.The results show that alternating load has a significant effect on the mechanical behavior of the cast-steel joint with branches.The geometric parameters such asθ,γ,β,R_1 and R_2 have great influences on the fatigue life of the joint.The number of cycles at the core area between the main pipe and branch pipe is the least,and this area is the weakest part of the whole joint.
