陶粒混凝土夹芯保温复合墙板性能分析 被引量:6

Performance Analysis of the Ceramsite Concrete Sandwich Insulation Composite Wallboard

摘要 墙体作为围护结构,由其造成的能量损失占建筑使用消耗能量的三分之二.由于现行墙体保温存在一定的安全隐患,耐久性有待进一步验证,施工技术落后,过程复杂,成本价格高等问题.因此,本文研究了一种由保温材料与围护结构有机结合的新型自保温墙板——陶粒混凝土夹芯保温复合墙板.通过ANSYS有限元软件建立了不同内外叶厚度和不同开洞半径的36个墙板模型,分析了在水平荷载和风荷载作用下的等效应力和位移及墙板的节点温度和传热系数.结果表明:上述36种陶粒混凝土夹芯保温复合墙板均具有良好的力学性能和热工性能,其中4种达到了作为围护结构中保温外墙的河南地区热工性能要求,所有都满足围护结构中保温隔墙的河南地区热工性能要求. The energy loss caused by walls,as a building envelope,occupies two-thirds of the total residential energy consumption.Because some security risks exist in the existing wall insulation,durability needs to be further verified.There also exist some other problems such as construction technology backwardness,complex process,high cost and so on.Therefore,this paper studies a new type of self-insulation wallboard — ceramsite concrete sandwich insulation composite wallboard.It consists of insulation materials and the combination of the envelope structure.Thirty-six wallboard models were established by ANSYS software,including different inner and outer leaf thickness and different opening radius.The equivalent stress,displacement,nodal temperature and heat transfer coefficient were analyzed respectively under horizontal load and wind load.The results show that 36 kinds of ceramic sandwich composite wallboards have good mechanical properties and thermal performance.Four of them met the thermal performance requirements of the Henan area as a thermal insulation exterior wall,and all the samples met the thermal performance requirements of Henan in the retaining wall.
