陆川县水文测验方案探讨

Hydrological measurement and examination scheme of Luchuan County

为贯彻落实《广西基层水文转职能强服务改革实施意见》和进一步做好基层水文测报管理改革工作,结合陆川县域水文测验情况,提出测验及巡测管理新模式,并对测验方案进行了论证,认为:方案可行,可用于该县域水文测报。

In order to implement the Implementation guidelines for changing function and strengthening service re- form of Guangxi basic level hydrology and further carry out the basic level hydrological measurement and forecast management reform, combined with the actual situation of hydrological measurement and examination in Luchuan County, the author put forward new management mode for measurement, examination and patrol measurement. Tests were conducted to demonstrate the measurement and examination scheme is feasible for Luchuan county.
