广西水环境监测深化改革的实践与探索

Practice and exploration of deepening water environment monitoring reform in Guangxi

在服务经济建设工作中,推动流域水环境监测是解决水生态和水环境问题的重要内容。按照广西水文全面深化改革工作要求,结合水环境监测工作实践,探索新常态下水环境监测模式,探讨提升水环境在线监测、现场监测、快速监测及水环境预警、应急反应能力的途径和措施。

River basin water environment monitoring is important for protection of water ecology and water environ- ment in the course of economic construction. In accordance with the requirements for comprehensively deepening hydrological reform in Guangxi, and combined with practice, the author explored the water environment monitoring mode under new normal, and discussed the route and measures for upgrading water environment on-line monitoring, field monitoring, quick monitoring, early-warning and emergency response ability.
