加强科技管理 促进广西水文科技创新

Strengthen technical management,promote hydrological technical innovation in Guangxi

水文科技创新,科学管理尤为重要。为此,结合近年来广西水文改革中科技创新所取得的成效,总结其经验,指出把水文科技创新发展作为重要内容开展实施,制定水文科技创新实施战略和发展目标,建立科技管理机构和管理制度,加强科技管理工作,是促进水文科技创新顺利开展的关键,并对今后广西水文科技创新管理工作提出建议。

Scientific management is very important for hydrological technical innovation. Combined with the hydro- logical reform and technical innovation achievements made by Guangxi in recent years, the author summarized the experience, pointed out the key measures for smooth development of hydrological technical innovation, including drafting implementation strategy and development targets for hydrological technical innovation, establishing techni- cal management organization and system, and strengthening technical management. The author also gave suggestions for hydrological technical innovation management in Guan-xi.
