摘要
目的探讨计时护士在医院护理人力资源管理中的应用与效果。方法医院2016年开展计时护士岗位实践活动,计时护士由全院护士自愿报名,按照岗位不同,组织考核、岗前培训,合格后纳入计时护士储备库;用人科室发布计时岗位需求,护理部审核,经微信公众号发布岗位信息,计时护士抢号报名,系统摇号"中签"确定岗位计时护士人选,并向用人科室及计时护士双向告知计时护士履岗信息及岗位信息,比较实施前后人力资源成本、用人科室及计时护士的满意度。结果实施后的护理投诉次数及应急预警响应次数均显著低于实施前(P<0.01);实施后与原计划招聘护理人员比较节省成本开支110 120元;实施后用人科室满意度评分(91.42±6.90)分显著高于实施前(74.28±7.86)分,计时护士岗位护士满意度评分显著高于实施前(P<0.01)。结论计时护士岗位可缓解科室的人力紧张,降低护理投诉次数及人力应急响应次数,降低人力运营成本,提升用人科室及计时护士满意度。
Objective To explore the application and effect of part - timing nurse in hospital nursing human resource management. Methods In 2016, our hospital carried out the practice activities of part - timing nurses who were volunteered to enrolled and then to exam and train them according to position, and the qualified nurses were into reserves. The department published requirement of part - timing nurses and nursing department reviewed the post,then WeChat is- sued the post information to timing nurses and system lottery confirmed the appointment,the shoe post information and position infurmation of part -timing nurse were infl)rmed to the department as well. The human resource cost satisfaction of department and nurse were compared betbre and after implementation, Results After the application of part - timing nurses,the times of nursing complaint and emergency response of nursing human resource were fewer than that of before( P 〈 0.01 ), which reduced the human resource cost of 110 120 Yuan. The satisfaction score of department(91.42 ± 6.90) and part- timing nurses were higher than before ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The position of part - timing nurses can relieve the pressure of nursing human resource, reduce the running cost and improve the satisfaction level of department and nurses.
