摘要
在经济全球化的今天,以空间集聚为特征的孵化器群落正逐渐被跨国合作的全球价值链体系所取代,全球价值链嵌入到生物医药孵化器运作的每一个环节,直接关系到全球范围内实现知识和信息的共享和流通,最终影响到生物医药孵化器的绩效。因此,文章以全球价值链主流理论和孵化器理论为依据,探讨生物医药孵化器绩效的影响机理,分析全球价值链嵌入过程中产生的效应及其对生物医药孵化器孵化绩效的影响。通过构建结构方程模型(SEM)来验证研究假设和构建的全球价值链嵌入、学习效应对生物医药孵化器绩效影响的理论模型,研究结果表明:具有正相关关系的主要是结构嵌入对利用式学习和探索式学习的影响、关系嵌入对探索式学习的影响、认知嵌入对利用式学习的影响;具有负相关关系的是关系嵌入对利用式学习的影响、认知嵌入对探索式学习的影响。此外,探索性学习对创新绩效会产生显著影响,而且学习效应在全球价值链嵌入和生物医药孵化器绩效间发挥中介效应。
In the context of economic globalization, the incubator community characterized by spatial agglomeration is gradually being replaced by the global value chain system of cross-border cooperation. The global value chain is embedded in every aspect of the operation of the biomedical incubator, which will is related to knowledge and information sharing and circulation. And finally it will influence the performance of biomedical incubator. Therefore, based on the theory of global value chain and incubator, this paper discusses the mechanism of the performance of biomedical incubator, and analyzes the effect between global value chain embedding process and biomedical incubator performance. The structural equation model(SEM) is used to validate the theoretical model of the impact of the global value chain embedding and learning effect on the performance of biomedical incubator. The results show that the structural embedding has positive impacts on exploratory learning and exploitation learning, and that relational embedding has positive influence on exploratory learning, and that cognitive embedding has positive effect on the exploitation learning. The negative correlation is among the effect of relational embedding on the exploitation learning, the impact of embedded knowledge on exploratory learning; exploratory learning will have a significant impact on innovation performance. Learning effect play a mediator effect role between the global value chain embedding and bio-medical incubator performance.
