"互联网+文化"的发展改变了文化消费习惯,使传统文化产业的内在结构发生了重要变革,但当前关于"互联网+文化"的研究多聚焦在发展模式和组织管理等领域,少有研究关注"互联网+文化"的技术驱动和结合路径,导致"互联网+"技术与传统文化的融合发展受限。因此,利用"互联网+"跨界融合思维,从新信息基础设施建设、大数据资源整合技术、技术创新三个层面归纳"互联网+文化"的技术驱动,并基于多网多终端市场形成、产业链打通、商业模式创新和"文化+"的跨界融合等层面提出"互联网+文化"的结合路径,从而凝练出推动"文化产业+"创新发展的政策建议,对深化"互联网+文化"的融合发展有重要价值。

The development of ＂Internet ＋ culture＂ has transformed the cultural consumption habits and made important changes to the inner structure of traditional culture industry. However, most of the researches are focused on the development mode, organizational management and other fields and there is little research pays attention to the technology-driven and accommodate-path of the Internet＋culture industry development. These have limited the fusion depth of ＂Internet ＋＂ with culture. Therefore, the ＂Internet ＋＂ cross-border fusion thinking is proposed for researching. Then the technology-driven is studied from the new information infrastructure construction,large data resources integration technology and technological innovation. And then, the accommodate-path is discussed based on the formation of multiple network and terminal market, the breaking through of industry chain, the innovation of business model and the fusion of ＂culture ＋＂ cross-border. Moreover, studying on the push function of technology-driven and accommodate-path to the innovation development of ＂culture ＋＂. Furthermore, it has important value for the fusion development of ＂Internet ＋ culture＂.
