温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效评价

Therapeutic effect of Wenyangjianpi decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis

目的对温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效进行观察、评价和分析。方法回顾性分析北京市房山区精神病医院2014年10月—2016年10月接诊的82例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床资料,根据数字表法随机分为两组,各41例。两组患者中对照组采取西药治疗,观察组采用温阳健脾汤进行治疗。治疗8周后通过症状积分和胃部病理组织积分等对两组患者的疗效进行对比。结果观察组患者的症状积分和胃部病理组织积分均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为92.7%,对照组为70.7%,经比较观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳健脾汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效显著,值得在临床上实行进一步的探讨研究。

Objective To observe and evaluate the therapeutic effect of Wenyangjianpi decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen and stomach deficiency type. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in our hospital from oct. 2014 to oct. 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method,each of which was divided into 41 groups. Two groups of patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Wenyangjianpi decoction. After 8 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of Wengyangjianpi decoction was evaluated by comparing the curative effect between the two groups by symptom score and gastric pathology. Results The observation group of patients with symptoms and gastric pathological scores were significantly better than those the control group,and the difference was statistically significant; The total efficiency of the observation group was 92. 7%,the control group was 70. 7%,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Wenyangjianpi decoction has a significant effect on the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach weakness.
