凝固酶与a-葡萄糖苷酶在诊断外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中的临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨凝固酶与a-葡萄糖苷酶在诊断外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病中的临床意义。方法选取鹤壁市煤业(集团)有限责任公司总医院2016年3月—2016年10月收治的5 275例门诊患者阴道分泌物样本用阴道炎五联检试剂盒(Ⅱ代)检测,同时接种念珠菌显色平板对比分析。结果阴道炎五联检试剂盒(Ⅱ代)检测假丝酵母菌的灵敏度为90.02%,特异性为93.85%,与念珠菌显色平板的符合率为92.97%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阴道炎五联检试剂盒(Ⅱ代)简便快速,客观准确,可以满足临床需要。 Objective To explore the value of GADP and a-Glucosidase for diagnosing vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods Totally 5275 cases of clinic vaginal secretions were detected by vaginitis multitest( 2. 0),and at the same time,each samples were detected by candidia chromogenic agar as contrast. Results The sensitivty of vaginitis multitest( 2. 0) for diagnosing Vulvovaginal candidiasis was 90. 02%,and the specificity of which was 93. 85%. The coincidence of two methods was 92. 97%,and there was no significant difference between them. Conclusion The vaginitis multitest( 2. 0) is simple,rapid and accurate,and can meet the clinical needs.
