人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of treatment of knee osteoarthritis by total knee arthroplasty

目的观察人工全膝关节置换术治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取漯河市召陵区人民医院2015年6月至2016年11月收治的50例膝关节骨关节炎患者,应用人工全膝关节置换术治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果患者的临床治疗优良率为92.0%。其中,优30例(60.0%),良16例(32.0%),可4例(8.0%)。手术前HSS和VAS评分分别为(45.7±5.7)分、(7.5±2.3)分;手术后HSS和VAS评分分别为(88.5±6.2)分、(3.2±1.0)分;手术后HSS和VAS评分较手术前评分有明显的改善,且数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无1例患者发生伤口感染、下肢深静脉血栓等不良反应。结论临床中对于膝关节骨关节炎患者采取人工全膝关节置换术治疗效果显著,能更好的改善患者膝关节功能,减轻患者的疼痛,值得临床中应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of total knee arthroplasty for osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods A retrospective approach on clinical data analysis to our hospital between June 2015 to November 2016 50 cases of total knee arthroplasty in patients with knee osteoarthritis,observed clinical effect. Results The clinical treatment of patients with good rate of 92. 0%. Of these,30 cases,the ratio of 60. 0%; good 16 cases,the ratio of 32. 0%;response four cases,the ratio was 8. 0%. Preoperative HSS and VAS scores were（ 45. 7 ± 5. 7） points,（ 7. 5 ± 2. 3）points; after surgery HSS and VAS scores were（ 88. 5 ± 6. 2） points,（ 3. 2 ± 1. 0） points; HSS and VAS scores after surgery scores than before surgery had significantly improved,and the data were statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. No one case study in patients with wound infections,adverse reactions deep venous thrombosis,the treatment effect is good. Conclusion For clinical knee osteoarthritis patients to take total knee replacement surgery treatment significantly better improvement in patients with knee function,reduce the patient＇s pain,worthy of clinical application.
