地方性理工类本科院校毕业生择业观调查分析——以F大学为例

Investigation and Analysis of Graduates' Employment View in Local Universities of Science and Technology——Taking F University as an Example

大学生的就业问题一直是社会普遍关注的焦点,拥有正确的择业观对就业以及成长成才具有非常重要的引导作用。本文以F大学连续三年的毕业生问卷调查结果为研究样本,分析择业方向、择业观影响因素、择业价值取向、择业指导等情况,以此表述目前地方性理工类本科院校的大学生择业观教育现状,并客观分析大学生择业观成因,最后通过政府与社会、高校、家庭、学生自身等四个层面提出引导大学生树立正确择业观的对策建议。

The employment of college students has been the focus of social concern,and the correct concept of employment has a very important guiding role in employment and growth. Taking F university graduates for three consecutive years the results of a questionnaire survey as research sample, analysis of employment direction, employment view factors, career value, career guidance and so on, in order to understand the local universities of science and engineering college students career education status, and objective analysis of College Students＇ view of government and social causes, finally universities and the family, the students themselves four aspects put forward countermeasures and suggestions to guide students to establish correct employment view.
