摘要
目的 对我国糖尿病护理中文期刊文献进行文献计量学分析,以期了解目前国内糖尿病护理研究文献的现状,旨在为今后糖尿病护理研究的开展指明方向.方法 在CNKI的中国学术期刊网络出版总库和万方数据知识服务平台进行主题检索,检索数据通过NoteExpress去重合并,获得符合条件的文献.运用Bicomb分析软件,分析文献特征.结果 1956—2016年,我国共发表糖尿病护理相关中文期刊文献4431篇,其中2011年发表最多为400篇;《齐鲁护理杂志》以906篇(20.447%)发文量高居第一位,其次为《护理研究》及《全科护理》,总发文量为540篇(12.187%)和538篇(12.142%),《中华护理杂志》仅发表糖尿病护理文章187篇(4.220%);解放军总医院共发表70篇(1.579%)糖尿病护理文章,发文量居首;糖尿病护理高频关键词为糖尿病足、2型糖尿病、护理干预、健康教育、老年人等.结论 我国糖尿病护理起步较晚,发展较为迅速,但是文献质量不高,对糖尿病医学研究较为依赖;目前我国糖尿病护理的研究热点为2型糖尿病、老年人糖尿病、糖尿病足,研究前沿为健康教育.
Objective To understand the current situation of literature research of diabetes care in China by analyzing Chinese periodicals using bibliometric analysis,and to provide a direction of diabetes care in future research. Methods The topic retrieval was conducted in CNKI and Wanfang Database. The retrieved data was remerged through NoteExpress to obtain eligible documents. Bicomb analysis software was used to analyze the literature characteristics. Results Approximately 4431 Chinese papers that related to diabetes care were published from 1956 to 2016,and most productive in 2011 of 400 papers. Journal of Qilu Nursing ranked the first with 906(20.447%)posting volume,followed by Chinese Nursing Research and Chinese General Practice Nursing,with the total volume of 540(12.187%)and 538(12.142%)respectively. Only 187(4.220%) articles of diabetes care were published on Chinese Nursing Journal. The General Hospital of PLA had the highest publications of 70(1.579%)articles. The frequent key words for diabetes care were diabetic foot,type 2 diabetes,nursing intervention,health education,and the elderly,etc. Conclusions The research of diabetes care starts late but is rapidly developing in China. The quality of related publications is not good enough and the research is more likely to depend on diabetes medicine. The hotspot of current research is type 2 diabetes, diabetes in the elderly,diabetic foot,and the research frontiers is health education.
