神经语言程序对精神科护士心理健康及应对方式的影响

Influence of neuro-linguistic programming on mental health and coping style of nurses in department of psychiatry

目的 探讨神经语言程序（NLP）对精神科护士心理健康及应对方式的影响.方法 采用便利抽样方法,选取北京某二级精神病专科医院在职护士84名,进行为期3个月的NLP培训,培训前后采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及应对方式问卷进行调查,比较干预效果.结果 干预后84名护士SCL-90总均分从106.54分下降至62.46分,差异有统计学意义（Z=-5.872,P〈0.01）.应对方式各因子得分干预后均有提高.结论 神经语言程序能较好地降低精神科护士的负性情绪,提高自我管理的控制能力,增强对积极应对方式的运用能力,为临床提供指导作用.

Objective To explore the influence of neuro-linguistic programming（NLP）on mental health and coping style of nurses in department of psychiatry. Methods By convenience sampling,84 in-job nurses in a Grade- Ⅱ hospital specialized in psychiatry in Beijing were selected and trained for three months about NLP. Before and after the training,the nurses were surveyed by Symptom checklist 90（SCL-90）and Coping style questionnaire,so that the results of intervention could be compared. Results After the intervention, total average score the 84 nurses got in SCL-90 dropped from 106.54 to 62.46（Z=-5.872,P 〈 0.01）,and all the scores they got in factors in coping style were increased. Conclusions Neuro-linguistic programming can reduce well negative emotions of nurses in department of psychiatry,improve their control ability of self-management,enhance their ability in applying positive coping style,and provide guidance for clinical practice.
