老年衰弱管理的研究现状及启示

Research status and enlightenment of elderly frailty management

随着人口老龄化不断发展,老年衰弱问题较为普遍,主要体现为力量和耐力下降、生理功能减退.衰弱会导致老年人跌倒、住院和残疾等不良结局,严重威胁老年人身体健康,本文回顾了衰弱的干预及临床管理现状,为老年医护工作者提供衰弱管理依据.

With the aging process,elderly frailty has become more and more common,which is evidenced in their degradation of strength,endurance and physiological function. Frailty will lead to adverse events such as fall,hospitalization and disability among the elderly,and threaten their health. Hence,this paper reviews the status quo of frailty intervention and clinical management so as to offer a basis for medical staff to manage elderly frailty.
