针推结合治疗少年儿童寰枢关节半脱位的临床观察

Acupuncture Combined with Massage in Treatment of Children Atlanto-axial Joint the Clinical Research of Subluxation

目的:以舒筋通络,解痉止痛,整复错位为原则,观察针刺结合推拿治疗少年儿童寰枢关节半脱位的临床疗效。方法:选取寰枢关节半脱位患儿68例随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,治疗组实施针刺结合推拿治疗,对照组实施牵引治疗,分别于治疗两疗程、3个月后观察疗效。结果:治疗2疗程后,治疗后3个月,两组患者的NPQ评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后的NPQ评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合推拿治疗少年儿童寰枢关节半脱位疗效显著,值得在临床上推广。

Objective： This topic with soothing tendon ,open channels and collaterals, relieve spasm and pain, reconstructive dislocation for the princi- ple, observe the effection of acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of children Atlanto-axiai joint subluxation. Methods： 68 patients with atlantoaxial snbluxation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 34 cases in each group, treatment group with massage acupuncture treatment, control group received traction, respectively in the two course of treatment, observation of curative effect after 3 months. Re- sults： After 2 courses of treatment, 3 months after treatment, two groups of patients with NPQ score were significantly lower than those before treat- ment （P〈0.05）, and NPQ after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）; treatment group the total ef- ficiency was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with massage in treatment of children atlan- to-axial joint subluxation curative effect is distinct, and is worth popularizing in clinic.
