温针灸治疗寒湿凝滞证原发性痛经的临床疗效观察

Warm Needling for Primary Dysmenorrhea of Cold-Dampness Stagnation Syndrome

目的:观察温针灸治疗寒湿凝滞证原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:将64例寒湿凝滞证原发性痛经患者随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(31例),观察组采用温针灸治疗,对照组则给予服用布洛芬缓释胶囊,治疗3个疗程后采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定疗效,并观察不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组VAS评分改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:温针灸治疗寒湿凝滞证原发性痛经疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To observe the efficacy of warm needling in treatment of primary dysmenorrheal （PD） of cold-dampness stagnation syndrome. Methods： 64 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrheal of cold-dampness stagnation syndrome were randomly divided into observation group （33 eases） and control group （31 cases）, the observation group treated with warm needling while control group orally taking Ibuprofen sustained-release capsules, evaluated the efficacy with VAS after 3 courses of treatment and observed the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results： The improvement of VAS score of observation group was significantly better than that of control group （P〈0.05）; obvious adverse reactions were not found in both of the groups. Conclusion： Warm needling has a significant curative effect on primary dysmenorrheal of cold-dampness stagnation syndrome, and its high safety makes it deserve clinical promotion and application.
