益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及对血液流变学的影响

Curative effect of Yixinshu Capsules on Coronary Angina Pectoris and Its Influence on Hemorheology

目的:探讨益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及其对血液流变学的影响。方法:将200例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(102例)与对照组(98例),对照组给予服用复方丹参滴丸治疗,治疗组则服用益心舒胶囊,治疗4周后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.35%,与对照组(80.61%)比较差异无统计学意义:治疗后,两组心绞痛发作次数、心绞痛发作持续时间均较治疗前显著减少(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白元及血浆黏度等血液流变学指标水平改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益心舒胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛可有效改善患者的症状,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the curative effect of Yixinshu capsules on coronary angina pectoris and its influence on hemorheology. Meth- ods： 200 cases of patients with coronary angina pectoris were randomly divided into treatment group （102 cases） and control group （98 cases）, the control group treated with compound Danshen dripping pills while treatment group Yixinshu capsules, evaluated the efficacy after 4 weeks of treat- merit. Results： The overall response rate of treatment group was 82.3S%, which was no statistical difference with that of control group （80.61%）; af- ter treatment, the frequency and duration of angina attack were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the improvement of hemorheology in- dexes included whole blood high and low shearing viscosity, hematocrit, fibrinogen and plasma viscosity of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Yixinshu capsules which can effectively improve the symptoms of patients has a significant cura- tive effect on coronary angina pectoris, and the safety and reliable makes it deserve promotion.
