阿维A联合舒肤散熏洗治疗血热风燥型寻常型银屑病临床观察

Clinical Observation of Acitretin Combined with Steaming Washing Therapy of Shufu Powder for Psoriasis Vulgaris of Blood Heat and Wind Dry Type

目的:观察阿维A联合舒肤散熏洗治疗血热风燥型寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选取120例血热风燥型寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。对照组予口服阿维A治疗,治疗组在对照组用药基础上联合舒肤散熏洗。观察2组治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评分的变化,评估临床疗效。结果:治疗前,2组PASI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组PASI评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的PASI评分比对照组下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组总有效率75.0%,治疗组总有效率95.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者治疗前后肝肾功能、血常规、尿常规等检查均无明显异常。结论:与单纯口服阿维A治疗比较,加用舒肤散熏洗能提高血热风燥型寻常型银屑病的治疗效果。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of acitretin combined with steaming washing therapy of Shufu powder for psoriasis vulgaris of blood heat and wind dry type. Methods：Selected 120 cases of patients with psoriasis vulgaris of blood heat and wind dry type as study objects,and divided theminto the control group and the treatment group randomly,60 cases in each group. Both groups were given acitretin,while the treatment group was additionally given steaming washing therapy of Shufu powder. Observed change of scores of psoriasis area and severity index（PASI） before and after treatment,and assessed the clinical effect in both groups. Results：Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of PASI scores between the two groups（P 0.05）. After treatment, PASI scores in both groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment（P0.05）. PASI scores in the treatment group were reduced more significantly than those in the control group（P0.05）. The total effective rate was 75.0% in the control group and 95.0% in the treatment group, the difference being significant（P 0.05）. No significant difference was found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reaction between the two groups（P0.05）. Liver and renal function,blood routine and urine routine in both groups were all normal before and after treatment. Conclusion：Comparing with the pure acitretin therapy,the therapy of acitretin combined with steaming washing therapy of Shufu powder can enhance the curative effect for psoriasis vulgaris of blood heat and wind dry type.
