我国中间品进口商品结构对技术创新的影响

The Effects of the Commodity Structures of Chinese Intermediate Input Imports on Technical Innovation

中间品进口会促进技术创新,但不同商品结构中间品带来的效应是否相同?构建中间品进口商品结构影响技术创新的理论模型,根据2000—2014年世界投入产出表数据,选取13个我国主要中间品进口来源国(包括8个发达国家和5个发展中国家),利用我国2000—2014年省级面板数据,实证分析中间品进口商品结构对我国技术创新的影响。结果表明,总体上资源类初级产品、农业资源型制成品和低技术工业制成品的中间品进口显著地抑制了我国技术创新水平的提升;而其他类初级产品、其他资源型制成品以及高技术工业制成品的中间品进口显著地促进了我国技术创新水平的提升;对于中技术工业制成品的中间品,从发达国家进口对我国技术创新的作用不显著,从发展中国家进口则显著地抑制了我国技术创新水平的提升。

Intermediate input imports would promote technological innovation,but whether the effects are the same for those with different commodity structure？ This paper builds a theoretical model to analyze how the commodity structures of intermediate input imports affect technical innovation. Moreover, this paper selects 13 main sources countries of Chinese intermediate input imports（including eight developed and five developing countries）in the World＇s input-output table from 2000 to 2014 to empirically analyze the effects based on Chinese provincial panel data from 2000 to 2014. The results show that the intermediate input imports of primary resource products, manufactured goods with agricultural resources and low-tech products significantly restrain the improvement of technical innovation level, while the intermediate input imports of other primary goods,manufactured goods with other resources and high-tech products significantly promote the development of technical innovation. For manufactured goods with medium-tech, the intermediate input imports from developed countries have no significant effects on the technical innovation, but the imports from developing countries significantly restrain the improvement of technical innovation level.
