“效率空心化”:我国实体产业空心化的新趋势

Hollowness of Efficiency: The New Trend of China's Entity Industry Hollowing

实体经济的"效率空心化"风险已成为当前我国亟待解决的重大问题。采用2000—2015年我国省级工业的面板数据,研究实体产业"效率空心化"的变化趋势,结果发现:(1)工业经济的增加值率逐年下降;(2)工业劳动生产率的增长率逐渐回落;(3)工业全要素生产率破位下行;(4)沿海地区制造类上市公司中僵尸企业比例上升。该结果证实了"效率空心化"已成为当前我国实体产业空心化的一个新趋势。为此,加快产业转型升级,治理僵尸企业,降低交易成本,成为当前应对产业"效率空心化"风险的重中之重。

The risk of efficiency hollowing from China＇s real economy has become a major problem that needs to besolved quickly. Based on the panel data of provincial industry in China from 2000 to 2015, this article has studiedthe trend of efficiency hollowing of entity industry. The results show that： （1）the value-added rate of industrialeconomy declines year by year; （2）the growth rate of industrial labor productivity is gradually falling; （3）industrialtotal factor productivity appears breaking down; （4）the proportion of zombie enterprise in China＇s coastal listedmanufacturing company increase constantly. The results confirm that the efficiency hollowness has become a new trendof China＇s entity industry hollowing. So, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading, activating zombie enterprises,reducing transaction costs, have become the most important countermeasures to deal with the current efficiencyhollowing in entity industry.
