摘要
全球视角下的制造业升级一直都是全球价值链研究的核心之一。中国制造业面临着价值链低端锁定和链条固化的双重困境,传统制造业的发展模式仅仅实现了过程和产品升级,却难以突破功能和链条的升级。多元驱动模式所带来的国际分工、知识溢出与生产性服务业集聚都加快推进了中国制造业的转型升级步伐。在供给侧结构性改革的新时期,中国制造业在全球价值链上的嵌入式升级要由低端节点嵌入转向高端节点嵌入、由被动挤压嵌入转向主动创新嵌入、由要素增加嵌入转向要素优化嵌入。
The upgrading of manufacturing industry in the global perspective has been one of the core of the globalvalue chain. China s manufacturing industry is facing the low locked and curing dilemma of value chain, thedevelopment model of traditional manufacturing industry only realized the upgrading of process and product, but it isdifficult to break through the upgrading of function and whole chain. The transformation and upgrading of Chinasmanufacturing industry have been accelerated by the international division of labor, knowledge spillover and theaccumulation of productive services which were brought by multielement-driven mode. Under background ofsupply-side structural reform, China manufacturing industry must find the path of embedding nodes from low-level tohigh-level, and from passive extrusion to active innovation, and from increasing of the elements to optimization of theelements.
