针对网络交易中出现的消费者隐私权频繁遭到侵害的问题,还要从加强法律保护角度进行有关立法问题的思考。基于这种认识,本文对我国网络交易中消费者隐私权法律保护现状、问题及成因,并在了解发达国家立法情况的基础上提出了有关对策,从而为关注这一话题的人们提供参考。
