摘要 NPR1是不同形式抗病转导途径中的交叉点之一,在系统获得抗性和诱导系统抗性中起着核心调控作用,是组成型抗性和由抗病基因决定的抗性的重要调控因子。该对目前NPR1基因及其类似物的抗病作用机制进行了完整的阐述,对NPR1转基因作物的研究现状和研究进展做了较为系统的论述,并对NPR1转基因作物的应用前景进行了展望。 NPR1 is an intersection of different disease resistance pathways and plays a key role in systemic-acquired resistance and induced systemic resistance. NPR1 regulates constitutive resistance and disease resistance determined by resistant genes. In this paper, the mechanism of disease resistance of NPR1 genes and its analogs were described. The research status and progress of NPR1 transgenic crops were systematically discussed. The application prospect of NPR1 transgenic crops was also forecasted.
