PCI术后联用曲美他嗪与运动疗法对左心功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨经皮冠状动脉介入(percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)术后联用曲美他嗪与运动疗法对左心功能的影响。方法:选取2012年1月至2017年1月收治的PCI术后患者160例,按照患者入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组80例,观察组采用曲美他嗪与运动疗法治疗,对照组采用单一曲美他嗪治疗,对比两种方法的治疗效果。结果:观察组的6 min步行试验的距离、心率参数优于对照组(t_(距离)=4.851,P=0.000;t_(心率)=4.242,P=0.000);观察组的左心室舒张末直径(Left ventricular diastolic diameter,LVEDD)、左心室质量指数(Left ventricular mass index,LVMI)、左心室收缩末容量(Left ventricular end systolic volume,LVESV)、左心室后壁舒张末期厚度(Left ventricular posterior wall diastolic thickness,LVPWT)等指标参数值优于对照组(t_(LVEDD)=3.550,P=0.000;t_(LVMI)=3.954,P=0.000;t_(LVESV)=3.254,P=0.000;t_(LVPWT)=4.682,P=0.000);观察组的治疗满意度高于对照组(χ2=4.872,P=0.037)。结论:PCI术后联合采用曲美他嗪与运动疗法,能够改善患者的左心功能并提高患者对治疗的满意度。 Objective:To investigate the effect of trimetazidine combined with exercise therapy on left ventricular function after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods :160 cases of PCI patients treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2017 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the order of admission, with 80 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with trlmetasidine and exercise therapy, and the control group was treated with single trimetazidine. The therapeutic effects of the two methods were compared. Results: The distance of 6rain walking test and heart rate parameters in observation group were better than those in control group ( t distance = 4.851, P = 0. 000 ; t heart rate : 4. 242, P = 0.000). The parameters of LVEDD, LV- MI, LVESV and LVPWT in the observation group were better than those in the control group ( t LVEDD = 3. 550, P = 0. 000 ; t LVMI = 3. 954, P = 0. 000 ; t LVESV = 3. 254, P = 0. 000 ; t LVPWT = 4. 682, P = 0. 000). The satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( X2 = 4. 872, P = 0. 037). Conclusion:The combination of trimetazidine and exercise therapy after PCI can improve the patient's left ventricu]ar function and improve the acceptance of the treatment.
