完全肠外营养癌症晚期患者家属心理状况调查

Investigation on psychological status of family members of patients with advanced cancer of total parenteral nutrition

目的调查分析完全肠外营养(TPN)癌症晚期患者家属心理状况。方法采用自制一般情况调查表,通过焦虑自评量表(SAS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对患者直系家属进行问卷调查,与国内常模组各因子比较。结果患者家属精神症状、抑郁、偏执、焦虑、强迫、恐怖6个方面是尤为突出的心理障碍。患者家属SAS、SDS总粗分和标准分均高于国内常模组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论医务工作者要理解家属处境,要有爱心、耐心,并给予精神及言语安慰,尽量满足患者家属的要求,必要时给予药物治疗。

Objective To investigate the psychological status of people whose family member suffered from advanced cancer and administered with total parenteral nutrition（TPN）.Methods Investigated the direct family members of the patients by homemade general questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale（SAS）,symptom self-rating scale（SCL-90） and self-rating depression scale（SDS）,and compared with domestic constant.Results The outstanding manifestations of the patients＇ family members were psychiatric symptoms,depression,paranoia,anxiety,compulsion-obsession and fear.The SAS and SDS total scores and standard scores of the patients＇ family members were higher than those of domestic constant,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.01）.Conclusion The cancer patients＇ family members need more understanding and care from the medical workers,and even the medical treatment when necessary.
