CO_2点阵激光联合改良法微波治疗难治性跖疣一例

Treating refractory plantar warts by fractional CO_2 laser combined with modified microwave therapy: a case report

报道1例CO_2点阵激光联合改良法微波治疗儿童难治性跖疣。患儿除左拇趾趾腹表现为巨大镶嵌疣外,其余趾腹、趾旁、跖部散在较多粟粒至绿豆大疣体,临床表现复杂,治疗困难。对患儿左拇趾趾腹巨大镶嵌疣采用CO_2点阵激光治疗,其余部位散在疣体采用改良法微波治疗。治疗1个月后皮损完全消退,随访3个月无复发,疗效显著。

A case of refractory plantar warts was successfully treated by fractional CO2 laser combined with modified microwave therapy. A 12 years old girl developed large mosaic warts on the left toe pulp and many millet to mung bean size warts scattered in the other toes and sole of the foot. The clinical manifestations of the patient were complex and difficult to be treated. The large mosaic wart in the left big toe pulp was treated by fractional CO2 laser and the scattered warts were treated by modified method of microwave. All the lesions disappeared after 1 month of treatment. No recurrence was found by 3 months follow-up visit. The curative effect of the combined therapy was remarkable.
