摘要
通信技术的快速发展缩短了企业间的技术差异,增加了企业在技术层面的双元创新难度。现有研究表明,随着通信技术的快速发展,企业双元创新能力对管理层面的依赖性将会越来越强。本研究尝试从战略型领导的领导行为理论切入,构建战略型领导对企业双元管理创新的一般研究框架,并通过单案例研究方法深入探索战略型领导的领导行为对企业双元管理创新的影响。研究发现,战略型领导的领导行为分别通过不同的整合路径促进企业双元管理创新(理念塑造——理念双元创新;制度规范——制度双元创新、结构双元创新;人情整合——方式双元创新)。本文有效弥补企业双元管理创新所存在的理论不足,同时深刻揭示通过最高管理者帮助企业获取双元管理创新能力的关键路径,为试图构建双元管理创新能力的企业实践提供了理论依据。
The rapid development of mobile communication technology decreases the technological gap among enterprises, and increases the difficulty of ambidextrous technological innovation for enterprises. Previous researches show that ambidextrous innovative capabilities heavily depend on management, while the communication technology is rapidly increasing. This study tries to start from the behavior theory of strategic leadership to build the general research framework, and then focuses on exploring the effect on strategic leadership on ambidextrous management innovation by means of a case study. It is found that behaviors of strategic leadership promote ambidextrous management innovation through different integrated paths,including idea construction -idea ambidextrous innovation, institutional regulation- institutional and structural ambidextrous innovation and humanity integration -style ambidextrous innovation. This study compensates the present theory of ambidextrous management innovation and reveals the pathways of ambidextrous innovative capabilities gained through strategic leadership. At the same time, the study also provides theoretical basis for firms willing to build ambidextrous innovative capabilities.
