摘要
小学科学课程是一门以培养学生科学素质为宗旨的义务教育核心课程。相对薄弱的农村地区,师资的各种问题严重影响科学课程的教学效果;为了进一步了解农村在师资方面的困境;在湖南农村地区做了一次小范围的调查访谈,对湖南农村教师困境现状做了分析;发现农村科学课程师资严重匮乏,学科背景、年龄和学历结构不合理;教师自身素养不足;教师流失严重;师资培训力度不够,培训模式滞后等方面问题比较突出。
Primary school science is a core curriculum of compulsory education,it is aim at training students' scientific quality. Relatively weak in rural areas; It is serious that various problems of teachers are influence teaching effect of science curriculum. In order to further understand 'the plight of tea^hers in the countryside; to do a survey interview through a small area in the rural in Hun'an, the current situation of Hunan rural teachers" predicament is analyzed;It is serious lack of the rural science curriculum teachers, and it is unreasonable of the discipline background, age and the education structure. The teachers' quality are lack, and severe loss even, teachers training are not enough, the training mode is hysteretic. These problems are more prominent.
